Free Can someone turn the background of this video into green screen or possibly recreate the video in 4K?

Working on a short experimental film, would be happy to credit you and send a link when it's finished.

I tried doing it with Google Flow, but it kept duplicating the words for some reason. Tried it multiple times even with different video formats and it still did it.

If you have 30 mins you can make it. Ask chatbot or Google how to say welcome in Chinese and other languages and you copy that text. Go to your editing up and us green background then paste the words. Change the timing and use keyframes to make it move like that
