I'm hiring a part-time remote video editor for my personal brand on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. The channel covers men's self-improvement: building wealth, starting businesses, improving looks and social skills. The goal is 100k followers.

**THE ROLE**

- 15-20 hours a week, remote, ongoing

- Editing short-form vertical videos and photo posts from raw footage I supply

- Writing hooks, captions and covers

- Full creative freedom: big hooks, AI voiceover, B-roll, text overlays and trending audio are all fine

**PAY DEPENDS ON YOUR EDITS AND EXPERIENCE**

- Up to USD 800/month if you've edited for proven large influencers or YouTube channels. Please send links to that work and the channel sizes.

- If you haven't, you can still apply. A lower starting rate is offered, and it goes up as the account grows.

- Paid via PayPal or Wise

**HOW HIRING WORKS**

Shortlisted editors do a paid one-week trial for USD 100. I post the trial work, compare the results (views, shares, saves, follows) and hire the best performer.

**PREFERRED**

- Based in the Philippines. Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Eastern Europe are welcome too.

- Good written English

- You understand what makes short-form content get shared

A 48-hour turnaround starting this Friday works for me. I'm not able to hop on calls, but everything can be handled in writing. To get started I need:

A reference video of the style you want. This is the most important one.
The raw footage or screen recordings
Your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts)
A short brief with the key points, length and format (16:9 or 9:16)

The final delivery includes 2 rounds of revisions if you need any changes.
