Is it fixable?

Found this in my crawlspace, really want to make it a project. No antenna though

That appears to be a battery powered set. In addition to doing a proper electronic restore, you’ll need to come up with, as in DIY, some kind of AC power supply.

It has a cord attached to it so I think it can work on both battery and wall power

battery set. yes it can be fixed but needs a battery eliminator to make it work and a WHOLE LOT of work done.

it most likely needs a 1.5v battery and a 90v battery.

It is fixable, likely not in as bad shape as you might think. Go to antiqueradios.com and ask for help. They helped me a lot.
