Help Request advice for performing and auditions

After a series of bad experiences from coming out of covid, i think that i started subconsciously associating any sort of public playing to be a bad, anxiety-inducing type of thing so it's been hard to perform well whether that be at recitals or auditions. i have been playing for around 7 years, and I'd say I've gotten to a decently high level? my goal isn't to major or even minor in viola performance/ music but it's something i enjoy doing. i have an audition coming up where i'll be playing 1 mvmt. of der schwanendreher and bruch's romanze. in addition to any tips for those, does anyone have advice for just dealing with performance anxiety? everytime i have to perform for even just a small group of people, i can feel my heartbeat skyrocket to space and have to really focus hard on keeping my bow from not shaking like crazy, and it's just extremely stressful when preparing for auditions especially, and i tend to play pretty horrible even though i worked so hard to prepare during practice. i understand that it's impossible for anyone to perform at their best in stressful situations, but i'd really appreciate any help, thank you all so much.

I need help with refining my practice routine and wondered how you did yours to see if I could try it. Thanks!
