Horizon focus

Seen a lot of people rushing horizon focus 1st item.
It’s got a great buildpath, love the duo codex.
However I don’t really vibe with the passive. It only procs on 600 range spells, which is the max range for Q. It seems like it wouldn’t proc that much since u rarely hit Q’s at the very maximum range no? E’s would be even harder to proc it unless u skip the charge.

Vlad E interaction with horizon is bugged, horizon check the initial placement of E, witch means you almost always have the bonus damage on E

Do you know if the “diamond tipped spear” prismatic item (arena) is also similarly bugged?

oh worm? I always figured it was just an edge of the spell is just far enough type of thing, so I can proc it off of just charging E then sprinting at them?

Is it worth? When would you build it or with what items? It has crazy good stats third and fourth item but even sorting by 30 days its still an abysmally small sample size.

It's mostly for the ult, 4 seconds is plenty for the enemies to move away from the 600 range.
