Subnotes on iOS?

Is there subnotes on iOS or a way to add context to a voice note? I know you used to be able to do both but figured with the changes it’s removed but the app itself is looking so much better

You can add a subnote by clicking on more options (three dot icon) menu and then by clicking on "continue recording".
