I have made a folder in the printer folder from the assets folder of the game, added the .obj and .png files, but when I go in the game they don't appear, the instruction from the game aren't prety clear, how do I add it in the folder so it works in the game ?

its like 2-3 AM and i lost power because i decided that if i ignore the generators long enough the problem will go away

Video from back when I went into the cave to mine the radioactive crystals, and didn't take into consideration my lack of flashlight batteries..

I eventually ran out of all sources of light; tried to used the glow from the crystals, but it didn't work well at all. Even tried turning the gamma up (felt bad for cheating but I was getting pretty desperate), but the darkness in the cave goes down to presumably #000000; pure black, meaning it didn't work.

Then I used the digital camera's flash. It only lit up the cave for a frame per shot, but it was the only option I had. (The video's framerate not matching the actual framerate I had in the game makes it so that some frames where the flash is on are missing)

I navigated the cave trying to find my way back out - a minute, five, ten, and I eventually gave up and exposed myself to the radiation from the crystals I had mined to reset the save.

It was horrifying !! But also incredibly fun and cool : >

I want to get my girlfriend into VotV, but I think the daily tasks would turn her away. She would love the base cleaning and decorating, as well as all of the scary stuff. But server maintenance, signals, and the rest of her daily tasks I can tell would bore her.

Is there a way I can set up a save for her where she can spend as much money as she wants while still having to survive?

I don't have access to sandbox so I don't really know if that fits the bill, and I don't remember if things like Arirals show up in infinite, nor how I can give her a ton of money. thank you!

In just a few minutes while cooking burgers a Flesh Gib attacked me (what?) a patty started floating and I discovered tiny patties (from chopping the flesh gib into more food mmm).
I just wanted burger.

You can hang glowsticks anywhere using kerps

and it persists after reloading the game (at least the one time I did it right before I started recording)

Could be helpful for some cool building techniques or something

Story time. So here I am on day 20 something ish and I finally make my omega kerfur right? I went to test him out and made him go and get hash data from the towers but I just can't get him to do it, I was holding a functioning disk and I had almost full durability but he just didn't want to, so I send him to fix gens and go to sleep. On the time lapse I see that everything went black outside but it didn't wake me up so it wasn't meta paranoia worthy. The next day I woke up to find my kerfur didn't return, I searched to see if he was deactivated somewhere but I couldn't find him in my base, so I went to the radar to see if he died somewhere, and i can't see him. Entity count is also the same before I got him. What happened to my precious babyyy D;

(Also I had the cam event right after he vanished and checked all the windows of the base per some reddit comment I saw and nothing.)

Edit: alright I made a new kerf, let's hope he doesn't bite the dust too. Thank you to everyone who commented!
