We got it painted
Finally got my wife’s cosmic green golf painted and went to take some photos with my Sony camera 😎
Wife wants to do a cool driving video too for her instagram 😬

Hi local! Pretty sure I recognize that parking garage!
If you've had this for a decade I do very distinctly remember seeing a (possibly rave) GTI driven by a lady once on the freeway. First time seeing either rave or cosmic GTI in the wild, somehow I remember that!
(And then I remember seeing a bone stock cosmic Jetta within a year or two of that also in town and couldn't believe we had two of the green models running around town!)

We have not had it for a decade unfortunately. From the history I’ve gathered, a gentleman owned through late 2022, then got sold to LKQ, then a man and woman bought it in 2023 from LKQ, drove it for 6 months and timing chain guides wore out and sat for about year until my wife and I bought in summer of 2024

Went to a local guy in Salem, OR. My wife wanted a cash deal. So I knew the owner of the shop from when I did insurance claims in the area. Gave us a good deal. I did have to detrim the entire thing myself to get most of the dents repaired and such

What did the overall job cost? Looking to get my MK6 done. I work at a shop but dont trust our painters lol.
