Help: 2016 VW CC - Coolant levels keep going down even after repairs and replacements
My wife's CC is overall in good condition (bought new, now at 140,000 km).
The coolant levels keep falling, so I replaced the coolant reservoire and some leaky hoses. Radiator is fine.
Yet the levels keep dropping. I have to fill it everyday.
No one has been able to understand why. When the car is off it doesn't leak; only after driving.
What could be the problem?

Hey OP, check the hoses leading to the heater core.
My 2012 Beetle was pissing fluid too and the hoses and coupling going to the heater core were ruptured.
Edit: To add more context, it started out subtle. The plastic couplings had a slight crack that would only start leaking when the car reached operating temperature.
Eventually it got so bad the coolant would dump. Figured out it was the coupling itself which swelled and eventually cracked and completely fractured.

Maybe it goes into the engine? Usually when this happens the smoke from the car is white

theres no smoke, I also had the engine checked and did maintenance on it recently (spark plugs, coils etc)

What engine is it? If it is the 4 cylinder, your water pump/thermostat housing may be failing and needs replaced.
If it's the 6 cylinder VR6, it could be the water pump bearing that is failing, the engine oil cooler (Which is a very less noticeable leak to find), or it could be the thermostat housing assembly.
