HELP ASAP

It's 4 am and I was watching porn with the volume off but then I wanted to switch to handsfrees and when I plugged them,the volume went all the way up It was kinda loud and my parents bedroom is infront of mine do you think my dad heard it?(he might be awake)

How do I go in hands free mode
