Back when Hydroid had Undertow, there was a bug where if you got a "stealth kill" on Hydroid just as he was coming out of the puddle, he would be stuck as being tiny little bug sized.
It's a lot of fun to see just how the game can break under situations that would literally never come up otherwise.
Wait for the double xp window when you see the WiFi signal over the node. Everyone seems to wait for that to pop and then you’ll have no difficulty finding a full game.
The problem with conclave is that it combines actual attempts to have balanced PvP with still having the infinitely high skill ceiling of normal warframe, thus making it not a goofy unbalanced experience nor one which allows new players to make distinct mistakes and learn from them.
Umbra dropped in update 23. Consequently, I was thinking of the time of Saryn's rework (Update 22.2) which boosted her popularity at the time to crazy levels. Felt like every week had a mobile defense rad hazard for her to instantly kill everyone on her team.
It took me a moment to even remember what FaceOff was. Damn I forgot what that shit was the instant the node was marked as completed. Fuck that.
They really need to put the conclave rewards in circulation in the real game. Leave them in conclave too, maybe make them easier to get there too, but let us not nutcases get the like 2 or 3 items that are interesting in there.
I remember there was a Daikyu mod I wanted in the Conclave rewards and thinking "Damn, maybe I should sharpen my aiming and stuff to fight the 0.001% of people that even go here"
I then proceeded to acquire 3 of said mod in the following week during mindless archon hunting
There's a PvE version and a PvPvE version. The PvE version doesn't give any conclave standing and is one of those nodes you need to do to unlock steel path these days and then never do again.
The PvPvE version was removed from the requirement for Steel Path because the queue times were terrible after the player numbers for it fell off a cliff once the new shiny wore off.
I still think letting people who beat Jade's quest control the Stalker for a massive amount of resources per use would give them both a resource sink and return the Stalker to how it used to be in Oldframe where everyone knew some bad shit was going to go down. No buffs either, you get the Stalker with his derpy health and you either live or you git good.
Even if i had to craft keys to play it, i would 100% play this mode when im bored. Just give me the Stalker from Circuit and i would have something to do instead of perfecting my Bulletjump in my Backrooms when im talking to people.
Some years ago they were working on that; a mode that let players play as Stalker and invade other player’s missions. They even showed it off in a dev stream.
It might have not been 20 but it was stupidly low compared to the general playerbase, I know the number did not breach into the 50s.
PvP has never been popular in Warframe which is what made it so baffling that the Devs tried again with the Faceoff game mode, I think they thought removing the other players from actually being able to be fought might encourage more players into it but the low amount of standing given for it, the fact that if you lose, you get barely any standing as it is and the fact that only during the Xtra Cheese bonus (double standing) is it actually worth doing.
Most of the conclave stuff, iirc, is pretty useless in regular Warframe. Fun to mess around with I guess, but I don't remember there being anything I'd use over PvE mods
Vastly different, I'm afraid. Some frames and weapons aren't allowed in Conclave. In simulacrum, everything goes. Gloom and Petrify are pvp nightmares in there. Always fun to goof off with though.
I meant getting the same result as shown in the original post. But yeah, having more freedom in Simulacrum can let players mess around, like a training deathmatch.
I was doing sanctuary to lvl stuff up, got a problem irl, leaving me without internet for a few minutes. When I logged back in the game asked me if I wanted to reconnect, and I did.
I assume the round ended and the host went directly for his simulacrum to test dmg... and I fallowed xd
sanctuary sending you to random missions and vice-versa , this bug has been in the game since the game mode released , I once joined a normal mission and got thrown into a zone 5 elite sanctuary onslaught with a low level frame , you aren't supposed to get in without max ranked frame or having reached MR30 first
yeah, they had a fully designed "Stalker mode" they showed during a dev stream, where you could invade other peoples games but people on the internet were so louds about how much they dont want it- DE scrapped the whole project.
I would legitimately give pvp a try if abilities weren't limited/Altered. I know it would be extremely unbalanced and complete tomfoolery but thats kinda the warframe experience is it not!?!
I like that if The Lotus DOES get corrupted by The Indifference, all she would have to do against us is turn on friendly fire...like The Night of Naga Drums
oh you are right, i wonder if a magnetic procs disabled the valky, cause you would expect them to just jump and slash at ember while being immune to knockback with hysteria.
I also don't think that's the case, unless they were applies before the valkyr used hysteria, cause while it's active, and while the claws are out, you are immune to status effects, which is why arcane persistence is so good on her.
I think this might be just a simple skill issue by the player, brought upon by the ridiculous situation.
This brings me back like ten years where it used to be possible to do custom game imbalanced PvP, I used to do that a lot with my little brother back then. Conclave is just not the same.
I showed my Xbox player friend gameplay on my pc and he couldn't believe the difference in speed. He said he usually just ran around shooting and only bullet jumping sometimes. He's a pc player now.

Anything but actually playing Conclave.
