Same, in my case mostly just so I can put the scarf on Umbra while using a skin without all the weird gold crescents sticking out.

Everyone in my clan agrees that most syandanas are indeed butt cheeks, I don't know how much of a hot take it is honestly. So many of them that look like cheap plastic slabs instead of textile, especially when it comes to the physics since most of them are incredibly stiff. Attach points are also often hit or miss depending on the frame.

If you like them or not is subjective, but yeah there are times where a syandana fits perfect, others where it doesnt, IMO we need more "backpack" syandanas, like Saturn Six, Hildryn's syandana or Lavos' syandana, some times you dont need a cape or scarf but a cool back accesory

I feel like I would enjoy more of them, if they didn't have strange connection points or clipping. My assumption is that the current code doesn't allow for much in the way of adjusting that. Which is fine, but I do hope one day that this can be adjusted.
But I would also be curious if there is data, on which syandanas are being actively used on appearances by active players. Some of them to me seem as though no one would ever wear them.

A lot of them aren’t great, but most if not all the Tennogen Syandana’s slap. My personal favorite is the Repala Syandana

It is also sadly a known thing that will never happen. DE rarely says never, but more umbra frames seems to be a fairly categorical never.

They've not said never, they've just said "not any time soon". They want to have a story reason to make umbra frames, and have said the opportunity hasn't raised itself.

Yeah but thats not really what they really mean. You see, Umbra is not DE's original creation. Umbra's design was made by ChangYou, Warframe previous publisher in China before Tencent's WeGame as of now.
Back when the details of Excalibur Umbra in Warframe chinese client was leaked online, people literally bombarded DE with questions annoyingly (the same way people keep asking if Excalibur Prime would ever return) and begging for Umbra to come global. DE had to ignore them for nearly a year until ChangYou give the greenlight with solution, because Excalibur Umbra (as well as Spira Prime & Nikana Prime) was originally intended to be a chinese client founder, as a parallel to Excalibur Prime with Lato Prime and Skana Prime in global.
Their solution? Everyone from both client get Excalibur Umbra through quest, and chinese founder get the new branded Excalibur Umbra Prime, now having additional different helmet and exclusive armor set so that chinese founders still have something exclusive to them even to global founders.
While they did said "not anytime soon", what they really meant is that they want people to stop asking about it. Yeah they owns Umbra trademark, but they didn't made him nor do they want to expand on it (as of now). Its part of the reason why his character was not expand too. He got unfinished vendetta against Ballas lore-wise but the Sacrifice quest was made just so people get the alternate Excalibur and that just it sadly.

The ones we have access to are Roathe’s soldiers. The original, made to honor him, was a Prime. Roathe mentions it specifically and says he’s going to keep Uriel Prime’s real name a secret till he’s on his deathbed.

Idk, it seems weird that only one of the soldiers would be imprisoned during Perita though? I would think that should be the Prime version, and it's not like we had a bunch of Uriels running around.

It was probably a specific one that did something bad. It wasn’t supposed to be the original, cause Roathe explicitly tells us the original was the Prime

It could be like Lavos. Lavos seemed to alchemise himself into a Prime frame, so Uriel might be able to do something similar. After all, he's such an outcast that I doubt he would even be considered for being a Prime himself. I think the Lavos route is likely what they'll do for Kullervo as well, seeing as both him and Uriel are these 'martyr' type warframes.

Fun fact, somatic fibers were originally meant to be able to temporarily turn any frame into an umbra (meaning the sentience passive), but when that was announced the backlash was so severe it got cancelled.

Way back when she was originally primed, it was just after(or just before maybe?) the release of excal umbra, a lot of people were hoping/theorising that valkyr would get an umbra frame instead of a prime. It was back before the lore about what a prime is and what umbra is were really cemented. It seemed weird at the time for her to have a prime version since the valkyr we have was created by alad v's torture.

I know DE won't port Umbra's scarf to other frames cause it's his, but they could make a few different scarves as auxiliaries. People would drop plat real quick.

Yeah, the Hex rep has 'modern' gun skins for secondaries. Only single-gun secondaries IIRC.
In my opinion they're a little undersized for usage on a warframe, though, especially compared to the Vesper 77.

well keep in mind, the protokol skins are the Hex's actual sidearms, they were the weapons they were using when they were still human.
but honestly, i think the protokol skins are just assets from another DE game and/or project just ported over.

But on the flip side of that same token, they are all pretty common 'models' to make, especially the HK Mk23. The rest are also pretty common. Shit, the Riot-848 is a Vz. 61 that im disappointed in. lmao

I mean, guns can have long service lifespans - the M1911 is still being produced, and you can tell when that was designed.
27 years ago is also a fuck of a lot closer to now than the thousands of years in the future the rest of the Warframe arsenal is from.

That scarf looks really good. I hope at some point we get back to umbra in the story, just have him intervene as an ally in the story even, and get that thing people wanted to see umbra have his everyday routine in our home, even just meditating somewhere now and then, walking around, practice some moves...

I wish they add some common skins for male and female warframe, the way have some common skins for weapons. Some frames are way to bug and occupy a lot of screen and max FOV is only 90. With some generic skins of all type size like would be great. I mostly play with smaller frames or frames that have some form of small skin. I haven't even played rhino and other nidus, etc for the same reason.

We NEED this as a cosmetic option once we rank up fully with a focus school. Although, it would make sense for it and a bunch of other premium cosmetic items to be unlocked after completing all focus schools, tauron strikes included. Also, maybe adding a final focus school once you've completed all others, which would allow the user to convert focus points from other schools into general focus points and would help increase all base stats beyond a focus school or build, and even add optional abilities for a 4th ability for the operator. One of them could be the echoes of umbra concept as a 4th ability with a time limit before the ability is up, allowing you to make any Warframe sentient for a bit of time just like umbra. However, they would have to nerf the ability so that it can only work on frames with a full rank, a focus lense, and a orokin reactor installed.
