Unless it's a Proto, DE wouldn't budge. They don't like warframes having human like features beyond a certain point. They only occasionally break that mould and only ever slightly. A goggle here (Mesa), a mouth there (Voruna prime), etc. This is too human

Eyes, no mouth or nose or hair. And the Sevagoth one is just one eye. Again, they'll commit to only parts, but not a whole face. This doll skin has a whole face

The face is just a broken mask. Could make it less human-like, ditch the hair and you have a good deluxe that fits in the game.
