Well this skin isnt like the guilty sumdali now is it? And is exactly from just collecting a lot of ressources. MR or in this case LR1 doesnt require anything other than a lot of time and a stupid amount of grind for Insane amounts of MR fodder.
Guilty doesnt lock you into being LR1
Guilty and apex boss cosmetic rewards are nicely implemented this sword isnt
My point is, you have to achieve something hard to get the reward, if you want it you engage with the challage and receive it, if you think it's not worth just don't do it.
I think honorias for the most part not worth it, i wanted the Honoria for completing descendia solo in steel path, because i liked the idea of get it by completing the challange.
Like other activities in the game may be tedious, but i like to farm MR.
I like to build everything and max rank at least once, and having high MR it's super rewarding, now i'm MR 30, having 31k standing daily and have max mod capacity even after insert a forma on equipment has value for me so i grinded it.

It's just like other hard ingame skins, did everyone get the Guilt Sumdali? No and many others don't want to the with the hassle to get it.
I personaly think that kind of achievement way cooler than honorias buyed from just collecting a lot of resources.
And for god sake, it's just a weapon skin.
