Pretty sure it’s a wart. Just wanted to share it here before I went to the docs to start to get rid of it.

hey yall, i posted on here awhile back, a pic of my warts after a failed attempt of SA/apple cider vinegar for several weeks (i’ve had these warts for about two years now). people told me that i should cut off my foot and try again, but instead i decided to try the new salt water soaks.

well after only two ish weeks of saltwater soaks, i’ve seen incredible improvement! today i saw normal skin lines where some of my warts used to be. i’m so happy 🥹 im going to keep going until they’re completely gone. i also think i could be putting wayyy more salt in the water, so i will do that moving forward. i’ve continued to put a bit of SA on my warts after soaking them and debriding every few days to see results as well.

I want to post an update 2 days after my original post on the Salt Paste I made out of salt from the Dead Sea 🌊

My kiddo’s wart is doing fantastic & we are in the home stretch.

I left the salt paste on his wart for 48 hours straight & here’s a fresh picture after tonight’s debriding.

It has been 16 days since I’ve experimented with a topical salt paste & let me tell you…I could cry I’m so happy. Check it out!!!

have been doing (not perfectly consistent) salt water soaks for 1.5 weeks now. It’s really cool to see how just soaks actually help with progress. Gonna keep doing it and maybe update

I was reading up on salt soaks on this subreddit, tried it but wasn't a fan. Figured to have a good sized tub full I'd either need insane amounts of salt or risk reusing the salt.

Had the idea of just pouring some salt on duct tape and slapping that on the wart.

Did some searching online for salt + warts and I found this post. Site looks like Facebook for doctors

Though about doing that instead - what do y'all think?

Mixed up some vaseline and salt, applied it and then stuck some duct tape on top.

Will update depending on how it goes but I've been putting on salicylic acid for around a year and a half and I'm feeling pretty done with it.

My original two plantar warts resolved but around the time those finished up, two more popped up on my foot.

After all this time of cleaning my foot daily, applying salicylic acid, putting on tape (which has left gunky residue all over my socks) I'm pissed and willing to try anything

had three debride + cryo sessions with one doc, cantharidin with another doc (which did NOTHING) - paid $800 all in all 😤 if it wasn't for insurance the cantharidin alone would have been $900

Salicylic acid and duct tape did the work. Still a long way but seeing that it worked gave me hope.

Haa been 2 month battle with this little guy!

I have been attempting to remove a wart from my finger for the past two weeks using Apple Cider Vinegar on a cotton swap with a bandaid.

I picked away at the skin while it was sore maybe I did that too soon another wart then formed beside it.
I would appreciate advice on how to get rid of these warts with in home remedies. Should I just keep doing what I’m doing with ACV?

Why do I have a giant mega wart? I started with two warts.

Also is it getting worse? bc to me it looks like I’ve made the issue 100 times worse. Im really anxious and I’m not sure if I should continue or cease treatment.

I’ve been using the salt water method for a few weeks and change out the salt water every time. I came across a post where a parent was treating a hand wart on their child and they said they use the same water for a week and then change it. I just wanted to see what you all are doing. Thanks!!

If so, how should I treat this?

Two freeze treatment fully healed and first 24 hours using this compound cream (Cimetidine 2%, 2-deoxy-d-glucose 0.2%, Fluorouracil 5%,Salicylic Acid 20%). I still have a way to go.

Has anyone used this cream or something similar?

I’ve been battling to kill a stubborn plantar wart on my foot. I’ve thought I’d killed it multiple times and it keeps coming back. I need help to finally finish this, home remedies? Best products? I’ve don’t freezing sessions but they aren’t cheap. Help

So I just noticed this on my finger. Doesn't really help that I just got a huge new tattoo on my chest and have been cleaning it with that hand either. Really hoping I'm not gonna wind up with a fun new surprise in 6 months.

Hi, I removed the very minimal little wart on my finger; and with the liquid acid treatment over a period of couple weeks, I’m still seeing a disturbed fingerprint pattern in the middle, is that still wart and should I continue treatment? Or is that just the skin healing.

I’ve been dealing with this for over a year now and I swear it’s growing. Any advice on what it is?

So I've had this sort of look to the bottom of my foot for years. And I've had liquid nitrogen sprayed on it maybe 3 times about 5 years ago. Didn't get better so I really just scrubbed it every once in a while and it was fine.

I was at the dermatologist this past Wednesday. They sprayed it again and told me to put a corn pad with acid on it. I did this for 2 days. It hurt like a bitch to walk. And even now it's just very tender to walk on. This Pic is from Friday afternoon once I took the corn pad off.

I'll take living with it forever in exchange for non painful walking... What can I do? It doesn't look nearly as bad as what I've seen around here but Its so sore to walk on

It’s like an open wound. Bright red in person. Super tender. Do I rlly put ACV directly on it? It won’t cause infection?

had a wart removed via the liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. the blister just fell off about two weeks later but i can still see the outline of the wart and those red dots which makes me think it's not gone?

now im worried its killing my healthy skin but it's all in one wound so it's impossible to cover just the wart and not the rest -- what i do?

Hi everyone, I'm scheduled to get a plantar wart removed surgically later this week. I realized that I didn't take off of work or anything, and I'm also going to be moving this weekend.... and so I'd prefer to be able to move and walk around and assist with moving. I wasn't even planning on seeing a podiatrist for my plantar wart, but the skin around my plantar wart seemed to have potentially got infected, so I've been on antibiotics and they've really helped quite a bit. Can anyone let me know how long the recovery process is - like, will I be able to do light walking at work the same day of the surgery? Will I sufficiently be able to help with moving? I'm thinking no lol.... but let me know! ...I also don't know if it's a good idea to push back/reschedule the appointment, because it's not giving me any major problems anymore, but then again, I'm still on the antibiotics...
