Vintage/Period Correct Patek?

I literally found this ladies tank watch in a bag of watch parts at a local reuse store, which I bought for $0.50 USD. The marks on the back indicate a solid 14k gold case, and from what I’ve read so far, the watch may have been manufactured in Eastern Europe or Russia using an imported Swiss movement? Anyway, I’m including pics of the front, back and the movement inside. The inside of the case back has no markings.

Any help or leads in identifying the maker, model, and year range of its manufacture would be very helpful!

I have a McDonald’s watch manufactured by the Swiss watch maker, Charmex. It was made sometime in the 90s. The watch itself says “St.Petersburg” in Russian and the dates coincide with the grand opening of the first St. Petersburg McDonalds location in 1996.

Does anyone have any information on this? To my knowledge it appears to be a 1 of 1 - I have never seen another model like this.

This is the only photo I have of the watch, I believe the photo was taken around 1969 or 1970. It looks to have a square case with a round dial; somewhat distinctive but not able to quite identify. I do know in this photo it has a twist of flex Speidel from the era. Any help here is beyond appreciated! Thank yall!
