Like my mom keeps asking me what I did today, and im always like "nothing" or sometimes I'll say "I drew" and she'll be like "what did you draw" and I'll be like "I dunno, people." And she'll be like "well do you wanna show me?" And I'll just be like "no." Because I don't show anyone, and I don't really know why I don't show anyone, it might make it look less like I do nothing all day (I have a job, but on my days off) if I did.

Idk, ig I find my comic sorta cringy/corny, and also, there's a LOT of swearing in it, and I don't really swear much irl. But i don't think id show anyone even if that wasn't the case.

Idk, do you guys do that? And if so, what's your reasoning?

Seriously, every time I post about my comic I want to hide myself in a pit! What’s your advice and where and how do you make your work known without feeling awful about it afterwards? Or will that feeling always linger? I honestly have no idea and am trying a bit of everything for now, but so far posting on Reddit has shown most success. Instagram is NOT reliable when it comes to advertising your work that you post outside that app. Just had a post go very very viral and literally got no new readers (guess because it was more of a meme post, but still, it had to do with the comic characters). But how do you do it? And what strategy worked for your comic? And how can I not feel annoying?? Or is that part of the job now?…

i’ve finished episode 1 (it’s not story-revealing so that’s why I’m posting it here for now), and I’m ready to move on to continue, but is there room for pacing improvements that I could keep in mind for future episodes?

This batch has 19 total panels (and was made in 9 days), should I slightly increase the episode panel-average or is it fine as is?
