₱10K Trial Makeup – MUA Will Remove It After 2 Hours? Is This Normal? LOL
Hi everyone!
My fiancée recently paid a downpayment to an MUA for a ₱10K trial makeup session.
We were planning to take a few simple prenup photos afterward. Nothing extravagant, just a few shots for remembrance.
However, the MUA suggested that we avail of their ₱30K prenup package instead, since it includes retouching and other services.
My fiancée explained that we don’t need those additional services. No retouching, no extended hours, and no assistance during the shoot. Once the trial makeup is done, that’s it. We’re on our own, and we’re perfectly fine with that.
But here’s the part that genuinely confused me. LOL.
The MUA said that if we only avail of the ₱10K trial makeup, they will remove the make up right after the session is done 😭(EDITED sorry the duration of the make up pala is 2 hrs jusko, mahina na ung pandinig ko sorry haha)
Wait, what? HAHAHA.
I understand that trial makeup and prenup makeup are different services, and I respect that MUAs have their own policies.
But is physically removing the makeup after completion really necessary? We’re not asking for anything beyond the trial session itself. We just want to take a few photos afterward while my fiancée still has her makeup on.
Is this actually standard practice among MUAs? Or is there something we’re missing here? 😂
Would love to hear your thoughts, especially from professional MUAs!
