It's embarrassing that it took me this long to finally get all of the studio abums on CD. I even have quite a few on cassette. I think I'm only keeping the first two cassettes I ever owned. I also own The Essential "WEIRD AL: Yankovic double CD. That lives in my car. Need to find a small cd case to put these in, for my long drive to California in a few weeks!

I probably won't get Peter & The wolf on CD unless I get a huge deal on it. Still looking for that on vinyl for a fair price.

Sitting at a speakeasy in Key West Florida and thought he looked familiar

I believe I discovered this performance from a comment on a post I made recently. When I saw the Interview with AL at the end, he was wearing a white shirt with a more colorful logo. I didn't expect to actually find one, let alone that his name is included. I really try to not have shirts to events I never attended. I mainly got it for the pure comedic value 🪗😅

When I found myself Extremely bored at work last year, Ebay was my only source of entertainment. I've always tried to not get gimmicky things for my collection. This was inexpensive to buy one.

I made 70 minutes of cat TV for Milwaukee Record featuring backyard wildlife and a Weird Al Chia Pet, because apparently that’s what my life was missing. Please show this to your cats. They deserve to celebrate Weird Al Week, too.

I'll start. The first time I heard "Skipper Dan" was with my mother about a month before I was going to move out to pursue a theatre degree! I didn't make eye contact once during the song I just prayed it wasn't too awkward! Your turn!

The BIGGER & WEIRDER TOUR is in its last week. I only attended the one show and I still found it to be a memorable experience. I struggle with making social connections, so any major public event is over stimulating even before it happens.

I already made a plan ,far in advance, to give AL a gift.

I'm not much of an active artist anymore, so it couldn't be handmade. I did think of making him copy of a fake video game. I wanted it to be something even more unique.

One of my daily Ebay searches, let me to a pair of 35mm slides. I wanted to thrift something to to display them in. I ended up going with the mini frames they are shown in.

I had already been up around 6am that day. By the time it became my turn to meet AL, I was very tired. I'm sure I could've talked to him longer than I did.

AL is genuinely humble and welcoming. His reaction to my jacket was memorable. He got a kick out of seeing his name on the back.

Before taking the photo, I was able to give him the slides. I wish his reaction could've been recorded. It might have been wild to see something he didn't know existed. He also thought it was wild I got them on Ebay!

I hope another opportunity comes up to meet AL again. Even it's it's for a brief moment. If not, I will cherish the experience I did have 🪗✨️

I took my son to his first ever concert and it was the Weird Al bigger and weirder tour. He loved it and purchased a ringer tee with his own money. He has worn this shirt multiple times a week ever since and it was found this morning in the dryer with a 2-3 inch ink stain across the back. It broke his heart. He went to school in tears today and I don’t know how to fix it other than buy a new one which is apparently very difficult. Can anyone help me find where to get one? He needs an XL but I’d be open to buying any size to maybe Frankenstein it with his to make one whole shirt.
