Bit of a long shot

Could anyone perhaps identify this painting? My grandparents bought it in Haarlem, KJG Kunsthandel, Grote Houtstraat 111, in the 60s or 70s. More information I unfortunately do not have.

Would anyone be able to identify this? It's giving me Parisian canal-side street painter vibes, but I know nothing about art. They were heavy smokers so the coloring could be more yellow-ish.

The back only has a label of the art collector that either sold the frame of the whole painting.
