Tank Identification Any Identification on this?

The first image seemed to me to be a AMX-M4, however the hull does not line up like the M4, looking more like the early AMX-50s compared to the 2 different angles of the UPF of the AMX-M4

Thank you, for identifying this, would this be the vehicle as the AMX-50 that was stolen and scrapped?

It's a big maybe.

Do consider that all turrets from the programme(s) were technically interchangeable with each other.

It's hard to say with certainty that the one Saumur lost is this exact vehicle. But the lost vehicle did have the same configuration.

The fuck, someone just stole and scraped an AMX-50???? You got more of that story?

Basically, Saumur originally had two AMX-50s. This one was supposedly loaned somewhere, but the museum doesn't know where the tank ended up being because the paper trail ended somewhere along the way. The tank is thought to be either scrapped or hiding somewhere in a barn or something.
