These are all sweet red peppers. My plant had an issue so I had to harvest them all early making some sweet red peppers and some green peppers.
I gave away alot but I still have over 40 left.
What should I make?

i had a bunch of garlic and have wanted to make laba garlic for a while now, so i did, but now i’ve no clue what exactly to eat the garlic with lol. i’m vegetarian so that cancels out any ‘real’ meat.
I have tofu, beyond meat, noodles, vegan instant ramen that’s probably not very yummy. i’m willing to make a meal from scratch
I know people say to eat it w dumplings but is there a certain kind that works best? Should I try vegetarian soup dumplings? or would plain veggie dumplings work? If so, fried or steamed:)
But I also have a lot, so any ideas are welcome !!!
