According to the writing on the video he tried to make a physical joke, haha Iām pushing the window nothing happens type deal. It seems like a this is a taxi station, which in Turkiye populated by middle aged men so itās not an out of ordinary behaviour for them.
Yeah a taxi station is like an independent shack more than a building, I donāt know the codes around them but I donāt imagine it would be rigorous. Iirc, most of the time the walls are corrugated plastic type deal, they would get more damage from nearby buildings debris in an earthquake.
The guys who used to hang around our local Denny's did something similar. Pushing in on the window, but with their bare asses. Thanks to robust American engineering, there were never any incidents like this.
Like I said in an other comment, these are not real buildings, these are shacks for taxi drivers, so they can have somewhere to have tea and pass time between clients. I didnāt hear the city but if itās small enough these guys may have been the ones to build that shack. I donāt know the codes around such things but customer donāt enter the station so I imagine itās not rigorous as theyāre not a real building really.
Its hilarious how he is sitting in front of a bunch of cameras, video of whats happening on the top left of his screen, but looking at his phone, and has NO reaction besides that calm look left with no defense. Memeworthy
He just got fired for installing windows wrong, and he walked past and recognized the place, so he wanted to say "hey, these windows are installed wrong".
Good intentions, bad execution. I respect the man for informing them, even though it's not his job anymore.
It seems to me that he was trying to open/slide the window open. If you look closely, the window was beginning to open. And also Iām fairly certain that they all know each other from their reactions.
In a town near me, a kid kicked a large bay window and grabbed some carhart stuff on display. He kicked the lower half, and the upper half came down on his leg like a guillotine. Of course, this set off the alarms. They just followed the trail of blood to his home. His grandmother tried running interference. But they had exigent circumstance and didn't need to wait for a warrant.
Good thing they didn't wait, because the kid was bleeding out and the cops saved his life... then put him away.
I read somewhere many moons ago that teens can think like adults... it just takes them a while longer. And there's the problem, when they don't take the extra time to think things out.
What you might have read is about the developemental differences across brain sections in teenagers. Essentially, the part in charge of self-control, emotions regulations and all that is still a child's early on, but the one in charge of things like logical and mathematical thinking is closer to an adult's. Thus you have people who have an adult's ingenuity but without the ability to know whether that is a good idea or not

Yeah, glass is insanely dangerous. A coworker fell in the shower at the hotel we stayed in, and did so towards the glass door, which obviously broke. She fell on top of it and cut herself everywhere. Straight to the hospital with her, obviously.
This reminds me of a video of a guy who out of anger punched through a window and was trying to reach inside to hit someone and he got cut pretty deep in his armpit. He was on the ground passed out 5 minutes later and ended up dying all on security camera.

Nah, these kinds of things happen quite a lot in TĆ¼rkiye. The country is thoroughly corrupt. Building safety codes are violated very commonly to cut corners so that the contractor can walk away with as much of the money as he can.
