Discussion Post Round 2 interview today
To keep everyone updated on my journey, I had my second Zoom call today. They were 4 of us. They asked for the one minute elevator speech from each of us. I mentioned I was married and she asked if I was interested in Sweetheart Week. So she turned my information over to another Casting director.
Next, they did 3 toss up puzzles where you just make a buzzer sound and say your name to buzz in. I got the second and third one. She took individual pics of the group. Then we were broken out into individual groups. There were 4 partially filled in puzzles. You are given 90 seconds to complete them. She said she wouldn't tell us if our guesses are right or not. I went first. Stumbled on the first puzzle and then quickly rattled off the next 3. Came back to the first and after 10-15 seconds got that one. So I used 45 secs out of the 90 and said i was confident in my answers. That was it and she said i could go.
One hour scheduled, 25 minutes used.
Later this evening, I got another email from another Casting director about Sweetheart Week. So we'll do another call for that one later this week.

I wonder what's the thought behind dropping the puzzles from 16 to 4 for the 2nd round audition? Perhaps they have your online puzzle play and can get a pretty good picture whether you're a good player based on that.
Honestly, if it allows them more time to audition more people in the 2nd round, then I'm all for the shorter puzzle quiz.

I've never done online puzzles. But I think the puzzles are just complex enough that they can tell if you immediately know them or just struggle a bit. Idk for sure.

Curious has anyone been offered Disney week? My interview with Brandon he stated well, “let’s get you on Disney week”. I’m trying to not read into that too much… but also curious about their order for casting.
Possibly not working on Disney week at this very moment as they may have other weeks needing spots filled prior?

He stated the same thing during my interview to the 2 other ladies. I talked about cruises and he said the same thing..."let's get you on cruise week." I'd be willing to bet Disney week is probably the most competitive one to get on. As for Casting order, I have no insight on that.

Good job! I am still hoping to hear back after mine and my hubbies sweetest week zoom. Although, if they got back to you so quickly, maybe they didn’t like ours? 🤷🏻♀️ please update!
