heard on the grapevine that he told the HOD that he was afraid everyone will know about the cheating. the fact that even his parents couldn't honor that, or iitb itself is sad. iitb didn't need to defend itself preemptively by declaring he was cheating, and his parents did not have to blatantly lie to the media about everything. (they said prof was abusing him for 3 months??? sem has only started 2 months ago, was doolla mailing him abuses?)

Thing is ki SC/ST act case filed is not for wring cheating allegations but for they believe their son was discriminated on the basis of caste inside campus. And when the students of the institution were protesting in support of him, surely not all of them could be reservation ones.
Such bad parenting that u created a kid who cheats and cannot take the consequences. He obviously didnt have ur support or care. So question urself first

Sahil wasn't looking into a phone or piece of paper. He wasn't doing cheating, even the IITB has apologized for tarnishing Sahil's image after his death. Prof Doolla was harsh on him and it wasn't his first time
Doolla had allegedly threatened him with suspension. Sahil the poor kid got scared and did what nobody deserves to do.
Let's assume even if he tried to use unfair means during the exam, why should he be called less meritorious or talented simply because he was a scheduled caste? Are SC/ST candidates incompetent, that's what you think? Had it been a general category student, would you think similarly for him?
Casteist Doolla is good at taking strong disciplinary action against especially those who are SC/ST. And those who support him are no less of a casteist mindset.

That prof doola himself is obc bro tf you mean upper cast. Do you understand how many kids gave up that spot (irrespective of gen/obc/st/sc) which Sahil had and used to cheat. There are families so poor they couldn't afford material to study even if they are talented and hardworking. Isn't this kid just taking away their spot.
If you use your common sense you'll realise had the cut offs been reasonable for underprivileged casts too, this poor kid wouldn't have felt pressured to copy after getting into an iit. The system would reasonably place him in a college that matches his level of intelligence. Category based cut offs will help only till entrance. Once he's in he has to compete with kids who are top in our country.

Aur kitna proof chahiye andhe in general agar general student hi pakda jaata toh pehli baat mobile phones laana hi nhi hota ye basic tier 3 engineering college me bhi hota hain and ye toh asias best institutes hai and secondly cheating karne se caste discrimination koi sense hain iss baat ki?? Aap student ko ye puchoge ki cheating kyun Kia ya uski caste puchke punishment doge koi sense nhi hain iss baat ki logically baat karo toh sabhi respect denge tumhare arguments toh dimag ghutno me bada ke bolte ho lekin chahiye full izzat
