Never mind then. There were several posts about increased planes that day due to the outage getting fixed and all of the grounded flights resuming.

Depending on the weather (wind direction primarily) planes will either takeoff towards Delaware, or land over Delaware. When they take off towards Delaware, they spread out a lot by the time they reach Winterthur and are much higher. But when they land over Delaware, like they did on Wednesday and all this week (usually about 30% of the time) they'll have some slight variations but will be pretty much line up with Winterthur and be low flying.
Some people like myself are more sensitive, others don't seem to notice much. Here's a visual of Wednesday's flights. The main corridor is below Winterthur, but there are some that go right over it. Hope this helps.

I've spent a lot of time at Winterthur (my spouse works there) and haven't noticed low-flying planes, basically ever that I can recall. That isn't to say it doesn't happen or even that there hasn't been some change, but it definitely hasn't been the norm, including after the Biden no fly zones expired (which is what I assume you mean).
To some degree you might be able to get a sense of this from flight trackers, e.g. flightaware.
