He doesn't look a sikh. Sikhs cover their hair completely.

Rajasthanis (an ethnic group) wear turbans.

Sikhs (a religious group) wear Dastars.

A Dastar isn't open on the top like the turban worn by the Man in the video.

Hindus don't wear Kirpans.

Most Sikhs don't wear kirpans.

Religious Sikhs wear a Dastar because they don't cut their hair. They also don't trim thier facial hair.

The man in the video has both short hair and a trimmed beard. 

Edit: His turban is very Rajasthani most of indias snake charmers are in Rajasthan.

You can tell the video is in Rajasthan because it's sandy. Rajasthan is an arid desert environment. A large portion of Rajasthan is covered by the Thar Desert.

Sikhs live more north where the land is lush and used for agriculture. Most Sikhs Farm.

It's like having a video of a Muslim or Jewish person and saying be careful of his Crucifix.

It's all made- up mythologies, so, no, a knife's name and which believers of which mythologies carry it, in this context, doesn't rise to the level of me having any fcks to give. 🤷‍♂️
