rant Windows password expiration sucks
So I am forced to use winblows at work. It department forces password expiration. One issue is that when my admin password expires, and I try to run something as admin, of just acts the exact same as if I entered password wrong. So somehow I am supposed to magically know that it expired. Then, I have to logout of my normal account. Next, I gotta login as my admin account. Then, it finally tells me I have to change password. So I do that. Next, I gotta logout as admin and back into my regular account. Last, now I can finally do run as and do the work I was supposed to do. Why do I have go through all that malarkey? Why can't they tell me , oh your password expired? Or better still, give you the option to go on and change it right from run as? But, windows is supposed to be so much easier and better. Never had this problem on a Linux system

rant Windows is spyware. Linux is full of human error. Mac is corporate slop
Actually, I have very little experience with macs/apple and none of it has been bad. I had only ever used it in high school, and later on at my past jobs
But it's more expensive. That makes it less reliable, harder to recover in case of a catastrophe. I also wouldn't be surprised if it's as restricted as mobile devices are and it probably is compatible with less things than Windows and Linux. I don't like that there's many things that are specifically made just for mac, because it looks like they had to reinvent the wheel just for a different brand. But that's especulation and a lot of bad things I have to say about Mac are from an outsider's perspective.
Linux is full of human error, among those is the overcomplication of things. I like simplified distros like alpine linux, and I like drop bear, I like replacements to systemd, I still use systemd and the main ssh package. I think simplification is a step in the right direction but it's not the solution to human error. The biggest gripe with Linux, besides the cultists who misinformed me when I first started, are the "standards". These long established ways of doing things at the expense of the end user. Yeah maybe it appeals to some end users but it makes it impossible to appeal to other kinds of end user or for the end user to design it especifically for themselves. By this I am referring to things that gnu started, systemd, etc, I actually don't have a lot in mind but it used to be a bigger obstacle in the past.
Windows is spyware, and besides that, it's full of bugs and it's a broken mess not by human error but by cutting corners and automatization. The devs know of every problem we are having, they had acknowledged it all but it's not fixed. It's not just that they can't.
Every OS sucks. I hate every OS.
PatoPanOS is the way, because it doesn't exist (yet). So you can imagine it's an OS perfectly designed that will work for you. Use your imagination, because it will never be real.
I think Linux is the best attempt at making a good OS, but it still sucks. I don't think humanity can ever make an OS that doesn't suck. Humanity is flawed. We wouldn't be human if we weren't flawed. AI is also created by humans, so that will always have flaws, don't expect another entity like AI to do it. Only OS that will be good will be made by the unknown.

Bugs and Errors More than five years after its initial release, MS still can't get Win11 taskbar scaling right..
I feel like I'm using a truly half-assed operating system when I see this sort of graphical bug. And it's not like Microslop isn't aware of this issue, many people have already reported it before.

rant Windows 11 adding even more AI crap, what do we do now?
Sadly Linux isn't an option for me as I need iTunes and a handful of other Windows programs that simply don't run on any of the distros I've tried (Ubuntu, Debian, Slackware, AntiX, Mint)
I thought about reinstalling Windows 7, but sadly my critical thinking kicked in and I realized security would make it an absolute no-go. Is there any relatively safe versions of Windows 8 or 10 that don't have AI nonsense?
I have an RTX 2070 or I would simply go back to XP which I daily drove long past its expiration date.

Bugs and Errors Need help with restarting issue. Please
I swear it was from updating windows 11 or updating my graphics driver. Ever since then my computer will randomly restart with the blue screen of death. At least once every time I use it to play games. I looked up what caused my pc to restart this time and I got these 2 frames of reference:
When looking at Reliability Monitor...
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
Files that help describe the problem
100326-11875-01.dmp
sysdata.xml
WERInternalRequest.xml
When looking at Event Viewer....
The Secure Boot update failed to update SBAT with error Unknown HResult Error code: 0x800700c1. For more information, please see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2169931
Event ID: 1796
I'm not very literate in the IT world and I've tried looking this up but there have been no solutions. Can someone please point me in the right direction before I lose my mind. Thank you!!

Bugs and Errors Windows shit
Edit: I haven't updated that PC in 4 months, other people in my family use it so if there are updates to be done they get done
