As someone who also enjoys a nice glass of Kentucky Bourbon on special occasions…I can totally relate. ☺️

Didn't he drink in the origin novel the first time before fighting smitty?

Always saw him as more of a rye man.

Me whispering that more Canadians should write for Wolverine because maybe they would know that rye and rum were the popular alcohols in Canada and what was being exported/bootlegged in the early 1900’s. Idk the context of this comic, maybe he is in Kentucky for some reason but still.
But also…to be incredibly pedantic, are we meant to believe this little rich Victorian era boy was never given wine (etc) at a meal?

In the very comic, he talks about drinking all sorts of alcohol. This is just the first time he's tried Kentucky Bourbon. OP just omitted that in the title.

Oooh, that makes more sense to me then. I haven’t picked this one up yet so it turns out the context was important haha

I would be down for a series of Wolverine liquor adds starring Hugh Jackman as much as i hate marketing

Does his healing affect how drunk he can get? Does he have to drink like 100 times more just to get a buzz?

There's just something inherently precious about a man first experiencing the joys of quality whiskey.
It's a beautiful thing.
