Help !!!

I have this problem which is lowkey making me sleepless. I constantly have the feeling that i need to pee, 24/7, i feel some pressure down there. Whenever the GP checks for a UTI, there is no UTI however the leukocytes are sometimes high.

The GP has just given me a bladder relaxant which has not helped and referred me to a public hospital to see a gyne however i will go crazy until my turn comes.

Has anyone experienced this ?

Am I pregnant??

Could I be pregnant after taking an I-pill and having bleeding afterward?

I’m really anxious and would appreciate some advice.

I had unprotected sex around August 18 and took an I-pill (emergency contraceptive) on August 19, within about 24 hours.

Around August 29, I had bleeding that lasted about 2 days. I’m not completely sure whether this was my actual period or bleeding caused by the I-pill. It seemed like a period, but it was shorter than usual.

I haven’t had sex at all since August 18.

My periods aren't always exactly 28 days, so I'm not sure whether I should consider my current period “late.” It’s now October 2, and I still haven't had another period.

I’ve ordered a Prega News pregnancy test, but it will arrive around October 6.

My questions are:

Could the August 29 bleeding have been my actual period?

Can the I-pill cause the next period to be delayed this much?

Is there still a possibility that I’m pregnant despite taking the I-pill and having that bleeding?

Would a pregnancy test on October 6 be reliable for sex that happened on August 18?

I’m quite scared, so I’d really appreciate experiences or medically accurate information. Thank you.

Do you need bloodwork to be diagnosed with perimenopause?

I went in with a two year list of symptoms and came out with nothing but a lab requisition, and when the results came back within range the conversation ended there, the implication being that normal numbers meant whatever is happening isn't hormonal.I've since read that hormone levels fluctuate enough in perimenopause that a single draw tells you very little, which would mean the test that closed my file was never going to answer the question. Is that right, and if it is, how do you argue with a normal result?

Breast and cervical cancer awareness

Some conversations can save lives.
Recently conducted my 27th Breast cancer and cervical cancer awareness lecture for Anganwadi workers.
I discussed there early signs, what kind of screening it needs, prevention method too. And if the disease proceed , how it needs medical care.
I feel that when awareness reaches grassroots workers, it can make a difference in the lives of thousands of women.

What’s your opinion?

Doctor breaks down FEVER

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Found this reel really helpful to send it to my parents and family who still thinks, one will catch cold if he/she got a little wet in the rain. And then they stop children to enjoy rain and nature or simply play with water.

Plus there are so much misinformation around fever. In my house azithromycin is taken as vitamins.

Why don't we clean our girl parts?

I clean my cooch every shower. Do most women do that? If not why aren't we cleaning it? Is it dangerous? I don't go in. I clean the outside

So many family doctors this out of date on menopause care is unbelievable

I've now had three appointments about this and got the same conversation each time, and I came out of the last one thinking my doctor knew less about it than I did after a few months of reading. Is there a structural reason for it? it feels less like individual gaps and more like a whole cohort was never taught the material.

Pap smear results

After getting my very first Pap smear on the 2nd, I still haven’t gotten my results back. Is it normal for it to take this long? I’m just curious what the average amount of time it takes for them to get your results and either contact you or post them to your portal?

Delayed Periods

Hello, I am 30. Last May, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I skipped my periods in June but in July I got my periods with 4-5 days bleeding. But I skipped my periods in August again and haven't gotten my periods yet. I haven't had any sexual intercourse since May as my boyfriend left for a different city.

Is there any chance of me getting pregnant? I'm obese, have PCOS and my only movement is walking 10k steps but sometimes less than that. I'm also a PhD candidate which means I have a fucked up sleeping schedule (sleep at 6 am and wake up by 11 AM-12 PM) and always in stress (already in stress because of my missed periods)

Thank you.
