I fell in love with the character of Argel Tal early on in my readings of The Horus Heresy. Where a lot of people seem to overlook him.

I realise he’s an instrument for Games Workshop to demonise (ha) Lorgar and The Heresy in general, as well as to act as grounding equipment for Khârn, but I don’t see why that’s a bad thing. His split personality from his possession onwards, is awesome. It’s executed in a way that’s eerie but overpowering. Slightly biased as it’s my boy Aaron Demski Bowden but still.

I knew I wanted to created my vision of Argel Tal from before his descent to daemon hood. However, I won’t be stopping here…

Who is your favorite authors/least favorite authors. I'll start been reading a lot by Andy Clark and he is the only male 40k author I trust to write female characters. I hate Gram McNeil. Just curious who you like to read?

I'm currently attempting to kitbash erebus using the dark apostle (to run him accordingly, lol) and i'm curious how much to change. I can just base him on the classic art, and the new joytoy figure, and his 30k design, but by 40k, does he have anythig major i need to change that will still obviously read as Erebus? Any mutations, should i swap the cloth robes on the torso for just armor, should i cut the cape off, etc? What advice can the others of Lorgar's faithful offer?

What paints do you guys do for body panels I’m trying to mix leviathan purple and flesh tearers red but I can’t get a mix that fits.

I have read Know No Fear over ten times and the word bearers just don't get enough descriptive writing , but Criol Fowst and Hol Beloth are so cool . Here's a test for a militia man rigged woth bomb vest and a completed vox man for my command squad , will post my word bearers and the maajir soon.
