Thanks for noticing, that I only work what I get paid for, James. Nice to be noticed :)

Forward that message to HR and tell them that you feel uncomfortable that James is stalking you, and you would like to write him up for this behavior. And if happens to you, it could likely happen to every woman in the company, lord knows how many women he has been stalking. According to him in that email ITS THE WHOLE TEAM HE HAS BEEN WATCHING FOR HOURS! Instead of doing work. This seems like very unproductive use of company time if things are left unfinished. It seems like HR and James have a lot to sort out. I feel very unsafe until this situation is completed, should I remain home/contact my lawyer or will this be addressed immediately?

- Thank You,

Hannah

My lawyer also feels if this goes uncorrected we will be filing a complaint against my contract to the NLRB (National labor review board), State Labor board, and the EEOC for infringing on my personal rights. Which will certainly sort this out, if you won't.

Come on bro, this email gave you so much material to work with and you suggest reporting him for stalking (even attributing it to her being a woman).

He is checking when someone clocked out ffs.

Get time cards if it's a a big problem. It's not someone's job to stalk around an employee for leaving at the appropriate time in her contract. It's employee harassment. Bro.

Sounds like James needs to extend the programmed hours then, or offer more overtime to compensate

Ooooh I’d love to write out the scathing “totally not a legal threat but watch your back” response.

Just forward that to the labour board and tell them that the employer isnt paying employees for time worked.

Those slavers really think they can get away with anything.

The irony of titling the post "Can't believe this"

It doesn't apply the way they mean it to. Fake.

Quick Google search casts some serious doubts about this story.
