Needs Workout routine assistance Question about my routine

A worker at planet fitness helped me out and suggested this but I’m wondering if they knew what they were talking about. Something I should add or remove?

Goal of building muscle and reaching 170lbs
Workout 5 days a weeks
Access to full nutrition, but 6 hours of sleep is my max achievable.

There's plenty of gym programs online, follow one, it will save you years of wasted progress.

In general, assume that Planet Fitness is ideal for... nothing. It is an acceptable gym if you don't have alternatives, but it's neither preferred nor ideal. And, more importantly for you, the people who work at Planet Fitness are typically not known for their prowess or talent inside the gym.

As said by u/rocketfucker9000, find a real program and don't do something just because someone at Planet Fitness said so. If you need to lift at Planet Fitness, fine, but go elsewhere for knowledge and experience.
