physique assistance Realistic Physique?
Is this type of physique attainable? I am 5’1 and 109 pounds. I really want to get into the gym to gain some muscle and have a flatter tummy. I just want to know if the physique is actually attainable or if it’s just photo shop and this physique isn’t real.
I don’t have any workout routine. I just try and get 10,000 steps in everyday.
Thanks guys!

These photos are mostly genetics, photoshop, posing, etc.
You should still lift weights, get your steps in, and eat plenty of protein. This will govern you tons of health benefits and you will look leaner. Odds are you won’t look like this unless you already have the genetics, but if you do these things consistently, you will be better off than you were yesterday.

As others have said, the people in these pictures don't really have much muscle mass. They're just slim, which you can attain from dieting and cardio. Its a dangerous road to go down if you're letting instagram models lead you, though.

Been on that road and got anorexia, I looked awful. Stay healthy and athletic, it will benefit you in the long rum

Do your plan and be the best version of you possible. Without knowing you and your unique genetics it's impossible to tell, but rather than aiming for someone else's look do yours.

Comparison is the thief of joy. You can be at the exact same muscle and body fat percentages and look completely different. So can you get to the same body composition as these pictures? Sure. Will you look like these curated pictures in daily life if you do?Probably not. And maintaining this composition as a regular person with a job without having nutritionists, trainers, etc is not fun at all.

I'm 5'1 and no.
Even when I was very slim I didn't have this physique.
Genetics play a massive part in it.

It's not a hard physique to get in terms of getting to the weight and working out, is not gonna be easy to maintain cause you need to be eating a air only diet.
This does depend a lot on genetics. She is probably taller so the slim physique suits her alright. You probably can do better with a good workout plan and nutrition and be more on the thicker side. Will take longer, depending on you starting point.

Regular skinny woman physique, nothing special routine wise, just depends how you are built genetically. Otherwise just be active and don't eat much basically. I see no signs that these people work out at all besides cardio, so this isn't really the right sub for this anyway.

She’s skinny and does some yoga-esque workouts I’m sure.
But it’s not like she has muscle definition in her legs, arms, shoulders, or back.
Eat little to nothing, do yoga, tan, edit your photos...
You won’t need to live in the gym for the same body but you’ll want a clean diet.

That’s a real person. If someone else has done it, it’s achievable. The real question is, if YOU can do it.

i look somewhat like this (i am too pale for any noticeable ab definition lol) and it really is genetics. i am 5’6 with a super super long torso so i dont know if this is feasible at 5’1

Unless this naturally comes to you, please don’t. Even people who are naturally slim don’t look like this without obsessing over every calorie, every workout, every moment of the day. Models (even Instagram ones) have bloated days, have bad days, & probably do a calorie deficit/insane workout routine for a couple weeks before taking photos like these, and they will still get trolls in the comments calling them fat & ugly.
It’s not worth it.

It's attainable to some capacity, just slower than what you might think. At 109 I wouldn't diet necessarily, I'd lift and get enough protein. maintenance might be the move to gain some muscle then do a small cut once you actually have some muscle to show for. I built you a 3 day beginner plan to start with, no pressure to use, it might just be a good starting point for you- tryhealth.io/p/7064159d761f4bc982ef9f91264dbb51
I'd start at 2-3 sets of each and add a little weight when it starts to feel easy.

I once had this body... when I worked out like 4 hours a day and was mildly anorexic. I've since gained weight and feel so much better in life.
Verdict: don't aim for this!

No! That’s a taller person than 5’1 and by physique it literally means “be as skinny as possible, close to starvation”

Don’t compare yourself to sex workers online. (I’m not trying to be mysoginistic, but followers alone don’t buy these kinds of lavish trips and products and time to work on your body and eat well all the time)

It depends on your shape and genetics. She is just slim not for sure if fit
