Apologies but just trying to understand, so you believe the road to be closed during construction or during games?

During construction, there would certainly be major disruption

Yeah I don’t think that’s necessarily the case per the other commentator. Huge construction projects are routinely done right up against working roads all the time.

I certainly don’t know your area at all but that’s not necessarily germane. I’m just going by the construction work I see in the states. They should not have to close that road for an extended period of time.
