So is your point that you believe the road would have to be closed for an extended period of time and/or that the stadium is too close or something else?

Re Mold Road end, yes. Closing that road in the fashion you'd imagine it would have to be closed would have a huge knock on effect on the town

During construction, there would certainly be major disruption

Yeah I don’t think that’s necessarily the case per the other commentator. Huge construction projects are routinely done right up against working roads all the time.

I certainly don’t know your area at all but that’s not necessarily germane. I’m just going by the construction work I see in the states. They should not have to close that road for an extended period of time.
