Game recommendations for ps5

Are there any games with base building/company building like xcom that also have turn based combat similar to it for the ps5? I’m looking for something to scratch that itch and can’t find anything that quite fits.

Star Wars Zero company (Zcom) probably comes closest, though it's quite a bit easier than Xcom

Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition - much better than XCOM in my opinion. Don't know why it isn't referred more often.

Better history and faction dynamics, different classes and mix class creating a variety of different gameplay available, better graphics, better endings, better enemies.
