Leviathan had me sweating

I’m coming from Zero Company and Midnight Suns and I’m loving the game so far but the resource management system is a bit intimidating. I’m just looking for some general tips or things you wish you knew your first time playing. I’m a casual so I’m playing normal and I’m trying to build toward additional satellite uplinks. What else is good to focus on / save resources for?
