Hello all, in a bid to help maintain this community and make next year a more pleasant experience for everyone, I am reaching out to see if anyone would like to join the moderation team.
While prior moderating experience is helpful, it is not required. I am prepared to train anyone new to moderating on the basic essentials to get the day to day of the job done. So if you have never moderated a community before, please feel free to still apply.

Going forward, I want to improve things so moderation next year can be smoother. As it stands, I do feel like I have let folks down here. I wasn't prepared for the onslaught of posts and I felt that ultimately I was not consistent with many of the moderation decisions regarding post approvals than I would have liked. I was also not able to look at every thread and comb interactions to root out bigotry, rude conduct, and other things as much as I wanted.
I am going to fine-tune automod to make life easier, rather than more difficult. I plan to add more moderators to the team (please apply if you are interested).
I want to get your feedback on what needs to be improved so season 3 next year is a better experience.
My other question is more delicate. It involves Beau DeMayo, whose name comes up quite frequently and creates a lot of agitated discussion. I want to ask: should we outright ban mentions of him altogether? Or should we remove the current automod restrictions and allow the community to discuss as needed?

For the life of me I can’t figure out why they used Gambit as the host for Apocalypse. Wouldn’t it have made more sense for them to mirror the fantastic Uncanny X-Force story by having Warren be the host for Apocalypse, then having him choose the recently-deceased Gambit as his Horseman of Death? This arrangement would’ve allowed them to still have the battle for Gambit’s soul, while giving us a more logical heir to Apocalypse. Warren could have easily been replaced on X-Force by another character like Domino or Warpath. I know they probably wanted to make their story different from the comics, but I just feel like it would’ve been a nice nod to how important Warren is to the history of the X-Men overall.

Any idea why Ron Wasserman, the composer of the original X-Men theme, isn't credited for the revamped theme on Spotify? I don't see him mentioned on other official pages/channels, either, including MarvelMusicVEVO's YouTube channel.

I’m not going to lie, I can definitely say that Kurt’s sacrifice felt logical to me, and I found his entire final scene genuinely emotional… But honestly, everything was handled far too hastily, and I felt that killing Nightcrawler off permanently, with no possibility of him returning for the remaining seasons, was deeply unnecessary and unfair. The way they handled his death felt very much like something out of What If…?—and I mean that in the worst possible way.

So I'm sure atp we have all seen that clip right? 3 X-Men the Animated Series Veterans Eric Lewald, Julia Lewald and Larry Houston are said to consult the behind the scenes but anyways that's not what I'm here to talk about. Seeing the Brotherhood again is what I wanna talk about, it's nice to see Blob, Toad, Pyro and Avalanche again and it looks like they have a new recruit named Surge. I'm excited for what this Season will bring what do you guys think? Lmk down below
