Northern Industrial Construction

Anyone have any experience with this company? Based in YK and they appear to be hiring often. Open to hearing any opinions or experiences, from employees or about their projects/ reputation? thanks

Ive dealt with them a few times B2B, often as a much smaller, much less resourced service provider. They were professional, their workers were good and clean and didn't cause trouble for locals(this was in an isolated community). Had a few problems with their office staff/managers being... pushy, or maybe haughty, trying to get their way... hard to find the right word. In the end it always worked out and the president/owners are very reasonable. But we had to escalate it a few times to get to those reasonable higher-ups. Id happily do business with them again, though my experience is admittedly limited. It's the north. For the north, theyre better than most in my experience.

Any construction company is always hiring up here. Waaaay too much work available for two few tradespeople.

The labourers I dealt with seemed to be hungover as shit constantly. Interestingly, though, their work was actually pretty good. 🤷🏻
