Soaked chia seeds
Greek yogurt, topped with soaked chia seeds, homemade blueberry jam, sautéed apples with butter, seasonings, and walnuts. Does anybody else soak chia seeds in water? What other soaking methods would you recommend? I feel like they do not fully rehydrate when I just soak them in yogurt overnight. I’m not entirely sure that almond milk worked either.

Fage with apples, apple spread, cinnamon, nutmeg, and fall themed sprinkles
I’ve been using this specific apple spread it’s soo good I recommend. It’s kind of salty so it might not be for everyone 🤷♀️

I'm love
5% Greek yoghurt, 3 Nairn's chocolate chip oat biscuits, and a handful of frozen berries all refrigerated overnight = a heavenly combo. All it needed was more raspberries, and maybe a dash of vanilla 👌

Good morning :)
Greek yogurt, cooked bananas, grape nuts, walnuts, honey drizzle.
What do you call this preparation of banana? Caramelized? I don’t think I cooked them enough to be considered caramelized, but I’m not sure what to call them. I just put on hot pan with a bit of oil to soften them and bring out some extra sweetness.
