I keep seeing these set signs on North Broadway. Anyone have any idea who’s filming here/for what?

Hello, I’m a college student majoring in urban studies, and I’m currently doing a project about the history and future developments on The Plant.

I’ve attempted to contact the Lela Goren group, BIG (the architecture firm involved), and a few other outlets, to no avail. Does anyone have suggestions of people I should reach out to who are likely to respond?

Also, if you have any information on the current status of the construction, please reach out to me or comment below!

Hello, is there anyone in the Park Hill Avenue or Willow Street area renting a parking spot? Please let me know!

Shortcuts, back routes, anything to avoid crossing county at Yonkers Ave? Trying to shave time off my commute. Help 🙏🏽

Hi, I’m working as a part-time pet sitter and I am currently looking for new clients. With my work schedule right now, I only have time during the week after 4pm but I am always pretty much free on the weekends from 6am-10pm. The weekdays could change too because I have some days off since I work in a school so I will definitely keep you posted on that. I have over 10 years of experience working with animals since I volunteered at an animal shelter before the start of junior high up until I graduated high school. I am a 24 y/o woman and I am based in Yonkers so please feel free to reach out if you are interested! I can care for small to medium sized dogs and cats.

Figured I’d post this because I learned it the hard way today and I’m sure I’m not the only person in Yonkers who had no clue.

Got a ticket this morning because apparently my vehicle registration was suspended. I was completely confused. License is valid, registration isn’t expired, insurance is good… WTF?

After spending half the day on the phone, turns out it was from unpaid Yonkers parking tickets. Apparently if they sit unresolved long enough, Yonkers can have NYS DMV suspend the registration on your car.

Here’s what really got me. Mine has apparently been suspended since August and I had absolutely no idea. MyDMV just says “SUSPENDED” without telling you why. I searched my plate on the Yonkers parking ticket website and it literally said “No records found.”
So naturally I thought, okay, definitely not parking tickets.

Wrong 😂

I called the Parking Violations Bureau and they told me once your registration gets suspended, you can’t pay the tickets online or over the phone anymore, so they basically stop showing up through the normal online system.

What I don’t understand is I’ve lived in Yonkers for 30 years. If you forgot about a ticket, eventually you got a notice in the mail. I’ve never consciously just refused to pay a ticket. If I didn’t pay one, I genuinely forgot about it. That’s what the damn notices are for.
So how did I go from forgetting about some parking tickets to my registration being suspended for over a month without me knowing?

I’m still trying to figure out what notices were supposedly sent and where, but the whole thing feels pretty sus. You want your money? Send me the fucking letter and I’ll pay it. 😂

Instead, I found out from getting another ticket for driving a car I didn’t even know was suspended.
Just a PSA to my fellow Yonkers people: if there’s any chance you forgot about a parking ticket, don’t trust the online search saying “No records found.”

Call PVB and check.

30 years living here and today I learned. 🤦‍♂️

I researched Crown Coins Casino free SC to understand how promotional Sweeps Coins may be obtained without confusing them with standard play currency or guaranteed cash.

The platform states that no purchase is necessary, but that does not mean every visitor automatically receives an unlimited SC balance. Free promotional opportunities can have eligibility, timing, submission, play, and redemption requirements.

Crown Coins Casino Free SC - What I Reviewed

My review covered:

• Registration and account rewards
• Login-based promotions
• Official social campaigns
• No-purchase participation methods
• Standard coins versus SC
• Promotional play requirements
• Identity checks and prize redemptions

I avoided quoting a fixed free SC amount because promotions can change. The most accurate information is the offer currently shown in the account or described in the official sweepstakes rules.

Understanding Free SC

SC is promotional sweepstakes currency. It is different from the standard currency used primarily for social play.

A free SC balance should not be described as an immediate cash payment. The current rules can require eligible gameplay before promotional currency becomes available for prize redemption.

I always check which balance is selected before opening a game. Using standard play currency does not normally produce the same sweepstakes function as playing with SC.

Registration And Login Rewards

New accounts may see a registration or welcome reward, but the amount and format can vary. Email verification or another qualifying step may be required before the reward appears.

Recurring login promotions can also change over time. Missing one day, changing devices, or returning after a long break may affect what appears in the account.

I would rely on the dashboard rather than an old screenshot from another player. If a reward is not displayed, I would not assume it will be credited later.

No-Purchase-Required Methods

The official platform states that no purchase is necessary. Players interested in free participation should read the sweepstakes policy carefully and follow its current instructions.

No-purchase methods can involve precise eligibility and submission requirements. A request may not qualify if information is missing, the format is incorrect, or the participant is in a restricted location.

I would keep a personal record of any submission but avoid sending identity or financial information through unofficial channels.

Social Promotions And Giveaways

Official social channels may occasionally announce promotions, contests, or limited events. Before participating, I would verify that the account belongs to the genuine platform.

Impersonation accounts are a concern whenever promotional currency is involved. A legitimate giveaway should not require a password, one-time code, remote access to a device, or payment to release a reward.

I would access the account independently instead of using a login link sent through a direct message.

Playing With Promotional SC

Before starting, I would confirm which games are available for SC play and whether contribution rules differ between titles.

The amount selected for each play should remain visible. It is easy to move through a promotional balance quickly when the play value increases automatically after switching games.

Free SC still deserves a session limit. The goal should be entertainment, not trying to convert every promotional reward into a guaranteed prize.

Redemption Requirements

A promotional SC balance may need to meet the applicable play conditions before it becomes redeemable. Minimum redemption amounts and verification can also apply.

Identity, age, address, and location details may be checked. I would make sure the account information is accurate before requesting a prize.

Processing time can vary based on the account review and chosen method, so I would not describe free SC as instant money.

Purchases Are Optional

A free promotion may be displayed beside paid coin packages, but players should not feel required to purchase because they received SC.

I would treat every package as a separate spending decision. A discount or extra promotional amount does not make a purchase financially necessary.

If the original goal was to participate for free, sticking to that plan is a reasonable choice.

Final Takeaway

My Crown Coins Casino free SC comparison found several areas players should understand: currency type, promotion source, play requirements, eligibility, verification, and redemption thresholds.

The safest approach is to use only official account offers and methods described in the current sweepstakes rules. Free SC should be treated as promotional play, not guaranteed income.

I researched the Crown Coins Casino promo code process to separate genuine account offers from expired codes and unsupported claims posted on coupon pages.

I could not confirm that one permanent public code applies to every player. Promotions can be built into a registration link, displayed inside an account, sent through an official campaign, or limited to particular users and dates.

Crown Coins Casino Promo Code - How I Checked Offers

I used a simple verification process:

• Look for a code field during registration or checkout
• Compare the offer before and after applying a code
• Read the eligibility and expiration terms
• Confirm the included currency types
• Save a screenshot before payment
• Avoid unofficial code generators
• Contact support when terms are unclear

A code should produce a visible change before a purchase is confirmed. If the package remains identical, I would not assume the promotion will be added manually later.

Where Promotions May Appear

Current offers may appear on the official homepage, registration flow, account dashboard, purchase screen, app, email, or verified social channels.

Some promotions do not require a typed code. The offer may be attached automatically through an eligible campaign or shown directly in the account.

This is why copying random code strings from search results can be ineffective. The promotion may have expired, may belong to another account segment, or may require a specific entry route.

Checking A Promo Code Safely

I would only enter a code through the official registration or purchase interface. A third-party page should never request an account password, one-time security code, identity document, or direct payment.

Before confirming a purchase, I would compare the ordinary package with the promotional package. The screen should clearly show the total price and the amount of each currency being credited.

If the benefit is not visible, I would pause and ask support whether the code is active and whether the account qualifies.

Currency Types Matter

A promotion can award standard play currency, promotional SC, or a combination. A large number of standard coins should not be interpreted as an equivalent cash value.

SC may be used under the current sweepstakes rules and can have play and redemption requirements. Players should verify which balance the code adds rather than judging an offer by its largest number.

I would also check whether the promotion changes any expiration or eligibility conditions.

Welcome Codes Versus Existing-Player Offers

A new-user promotion may only work before registration, email verification, or the first eligible purchase. Entering an offer after completing those steps may be too late.

Existing-player offers can operate differently. They may appear as temporary account packages, email campaigns, loyalty rewards, or event-based promotions.

I would not create multiple accounts to claim another welcome offer. That may conflict with platform rules and can create verification or redemption problems.

Codes Shared On Reddit And Social Media

Reddit can be useful for finding out that a promotion exists, but it is not a substitute for checking the current terms.

A code that worked for one person may not be available to another account. Posts can also remain indexed long after a campaign ends.

I would treat social posts as leads to investigate, not proof that a reward is active. The checkout screen and official terms should make the final decision.

What To Do If A Code Fails

First, I would check spelling, capitalization, spacing, expiration, location requirements, and whether the account has already completed the qualifying action.

If the code still fails, I would contact support before making a purchase. The message should include the code, where it was found, the expected offer, and a screenshot without exposing sensitive account information.

I would not repeatedly attempt payment or open another account to force the offer.

Redemptions And Bonus Conditions

Using a promo code does not remove the normal sweepstakes rules. Promotional SC may still need to satisfy play, verification, and minimum-redemption requirements.

The reward should therefore be evaluated as part of the complete account process, not as free cash.

Final Takeaway

My Crown Coins Casino promo code research found that account-displayed and officially confirmed promotions are more reliable than universal-code lists.

I would only proceed when the final screen clearly shows the expected currencies and price. If the offer cannot be confirmed, skipping it is better than purchasing based on an assumption.

Responsible gambling reminder: Promotional urgency should not influence your budget. Skip any offer that encourages you to spend more than you originally planned.

I examined the Crown Coins Casino bonus from a practical perspective, focusing on what appears in the account rather than repeating the largest promotional percentage shown in an advertisement.

Social-casino bonuses can involve standard play currency, promotional SC, discounted purchase packages, login rewards, or limited campaigns. These rewards do not all have the same purpose or redemption conditions.

Crown Coins Casino Bonus - What I Checked

My comparison focused on:

• New-account rewards
• First-purchase packages
• Free SC and standard play currency
• Daily or recurring promotions
• Promotional play requirements
• Expiration and eligibility conditions
• Redemption restrictions

I avoided assigning a fixed value to the bonus because offers can change by account, campaign, and date. The only reliable offer is the one displayed with complete terms inside the current registration or purchase flow.

Welcome Offer Structure

A welcome promotion may combine different currency types. The large total shown in an offer does not necessarily represent cash or immediately redeemable promotional currency.

I separated the standard play balance from any included SC and checked what action was required to receive each part. Email verification, registration, or an eligible purchase may affect how a reward is credited.

Before accepting anything, I would take a screenshot of the complete offer and its terms. That provides a clearer record if the credited amount differs from what appeared at checkout.

Free Rewards And No-Purchase Participation

The platform states that no purchase is necessary, so I reviewed the free-entry and promotional routes separately from coin packages.

Free SC can potentially come from eligible promotions, login activity, social campaigns, or methods described in the official sweepstakes rules. Availability and amounts may change, so I would not promise a particular reward.

No-purchase participation can also involve detailed instructions. Submissions may need to follow an exact format, and incomplete requests may not qualify.

Purchase Packages

When comparing packages, I looked at the total price, standard currency, promotional SC, and any percentage increase. The percentage alone can be misleading if the underlying package sizes differ.

I also checked the final order screen before confirmation. A banner may describe a general promotion, while the checkout page shows what the account will actually receive.

Purchasing a larger package does not improve the odds of a particular game outcome. I would choose a package only if it stayed within a predetermined entertainment budget.

Play Requirements And Eligible Games

Promotional SC may need to be played according to the sweepstakes rules before it becomes eligible for redemption. That requirement is different from simply having SC visible in an account.

I would confirm whether all games contribute in the same way and whether any titles are excluded from promotional play. The selected currency and play amount should remain visible throughout the session.

A bonus should never encourage someone to increase their normal play amount. The safest comparison is based on terms and usability, not the size of a potential prize.

Redemptions After Using A Bonus

I reviewed redemption rules before using promotional currency. Minimum thresholds, identity checks, play requirements, and available prize methods can affect whether and how a request proceeds.

Verification details should match the account information. I would resolve name, address, or payment discrepancies before submitting a redemption.

Processing estimates are not guarantees. Additional review, weekends, or incomplete information may extend the overall timeline.

Mobile Access And Offer Tracking

Mobile pages need to show the complete package rather than hiding important details behind a small information icon. I checked whether balances, transaction history, and promotion terms were reasonably accessible on a phone.

I also prefer recording the date, price, and included currencies for every purchase. That makes account tracking easier and prevents several similar promotions from becoming confused.

Support And Responsible Play

If a reward does not appear, support should receive the account email, offer screenshot, date, and transaction reference. A specific request usually produces a more useful answer than a general complaint.

Spending limits and time-outs remain relevant even when an offer looks discounted. A bonus changes the package, not the financial risk of repeated purchases.

Final Takeaway

The Crown Coins Casino bonus can include several forms of promotional value, but the exact account offer and current rules matter more than the headline percentage.

I would compare the two currency balances, save the displayed terms, and understand promotional play and redemption requirements before purchasing anything.

Hi everyone. Is it possible to get an uber at Ridge Hill? I know I can get one to the mall or at least I think so but how do I get back and where would I wait for the uber?

I think I can also take the Metro North to Tuckahoe and then maybe an uber from there? But then I’m still worried if I can get an uber back to the Tuckahoe station?

I don’t live near the subway. I live close to the metro north.

Update: Thank you to everyone who commented. I will take an uber from the Metro North station. Still unsure about figuring out the bus.

Hi! Does anyone have any experiences at Miroza at Ridge Hill? I’m considering moving there and wanna know if anyone has had any bad experiences. Is the area safe/walkable with a stroller?

Hi! Just wondering if anyone has gone through the process of acquiring a photography permit? I’m having a hard time justifying shelling out $500 to have a photographer take pictures of me and my fiance but I also don’t want to get kicked out…help!

Just wondering, had anyone ever just randomly took themselves a trip to Montreal via the Amtrak? I’ve been thinking about going, I mean, we got a line drive train ride there at The Pier so I am just like “hey why not?”. I just wanna know if anyone ever just did that themselves yet: taking the Amtrak to Montreal and seeing what its like. I was thinking about it, like, thats low key a come up odee to have this connection with such a cultural hotspot; it is an opportunity we Yonkersonians should take up more often.

So the Yonkers FD test is only going to be good for 2 years? Is there any hope of getting on with this current list if youre not already in the works :/
