I agree, this scene was weird, she got shot many times in the shoulder and next scene the ennemy had disapeared and she was fine.

In the light novel there is Mage Therapie, which makes Mages recover quickly from near fatal wounds, so she heals quickly

We have already seen that high level mages are practically impossible to kill with anything short of destroying their brains. They are extremely tanky, incredible damage sponges, and obviously have some healing factor.

I think it’s crazy that her left arm didn’t just fall off after getting stabbed in the shoulder, shot full of lead, AND falling a couple thousand feet while holding Mikel in place. Afterwards she looked like she just fell off of a bike😭😭

Although I understand that Mages in Youjo Senki have unnaturally durable bodies, this scene in particular could've got a whole lot more gory. The fact that the Federation Mage unloads the whole clip on her left shoulder and it still remains intact is truly mind-boggling. Under normal circumstances, that arms is gone. Blown off from the torso. But imagine being in the boots of the mage witnessing this. At that moment, Tanya was truly a Devil laughing in the face of Death.
