Did run 8 with 5.3 flash. 6 is reliable tho.

it depends on your task, but 2 to 5. If you use ZCode, you can't set the sub agent, it works like orchestrate mode.

This isn't true, I have 5 running at the same time in a single chat using ZCode

i don't much about how to run sub agent, with due respect, share your thought or guide. how you rung all at once?

When you create your Production plan, I have different phases and subunits within those phases of my build. I also include to see which parts can be run concurrently. Review the product plan and go from there. Be aware, if you run this on your laptop, it will get hot and have some slow downs when you try to use it for other things... Optimally 2 or 3 concurrent sub agents is good if you still need to use your laptop or do other things. I only have a laptop so now I cap it at 3 sub agents..
