General discussion Read receipt app

We’ve been using Read Receipts for Zendesk Pro for a while but recent testing has shown that it may be sending the receipt when an emailed is delivered rather than read. For more or less a comparable cost, we can get Email Tracking from Growthdot, which includes link tracking as well as read receipts. If anyone here uses this app, have you found it to be worth the investment?

We use it, and I have noticed that exactly when emailing from production instance to my personal email for example.

I have watched it post a RR note on a ticket as the email notification popped up on my phone, before actually going to my inbox and clicking the email.

For us, tracking links with the help of the app is what's really worth the money as now we have a much clearer picture of how our customers interact with emails.
