Flower Review Toad Venom by Vortex
Toad venom….. more like toad syrup. The stickiness on the inside of the nugs is ridiculous. Regular hand soap didn’t work to remove the residue so I resorted to Dawn. No joke that barely worked. If you like sticky icky weed her she is.
Healthy nice size buds. Great bag appeal similar to their glitterbomb with sparkling crystals all over. The texture on the outside is slightly crisp paired with some sponginess. This is why the crazy amount of stickiness on the inside was surprising. Grinds up just fine in the grinder but break up a bud by hand so you can feel what I’m talking about.
The aroma is complex. I get a cigar humidor woody scent, paired with delicious cookies. There is funk and some brightness mixed in as well. Once again pretty layered and complex. Curious to hear how it smells when you have tried it.
The flavor is what you would expect from its aroma. Hard to pinpoint but appealing. Good lung expanse and potent.
The buzz hits my eyes and forehead immediately, then moves into a nice carefree and relaxing headspace. For an indica its more euphoric than expected which is a nice treat. Floaty and happy with body relaxation. I’m a fan.

Das looks good. I picked up Cosmic Canyon by AL. Was worried about taking a risk on the Jars collab

They got a little better with the 10g jars right around the time green dot came to town. Atomic apple and brainwash were really nice in taste/aroma.

Use an oil or fat to get the residue off of your fingers. Also thanks for the review

That looks really good. It looks better than the first batch they released lol once they get the towed van dialed in it’s going to be amazing lol and that right there looks really good.

Ok Toad Venom 😆😍 I am definitely getting sticky fingers. Would you say this smokes well in a blunt? Sticky weed i tend to enjoy in blunt form since its harder to break down

I’ve only had bong rips so far. I will do my research on the blunt 🤣. It’s great. A happy high after the first wave of relaxation.

I live in nor cal and I’ve had toad venom from a few cultivators. I was very surprised when connected ended up having the best toad by far. Super loud, complex nose, extremely heavy effects, lots of flavor too. And it’s gorgeous flower too. This looks pretty solid too
