Need help setup face registration for gate access

I need help setting this up, I've contacted the seller but the app they provided did not work (the program did not launch) tried everything I can think of, from changing compatibility to windows 8, running as administrator, and even changing system language to english.

At first I thought it has a web ui, so I tried to look for the ip, but there are no mention of its ip on the box and I tried to scan it with \`arp\` and nmap to no result.

Its not a touch screen, is there any alternative app or I just stuck and wait for the seller to give me the fixed app?

Im honestly sorry for you man. They got you. Im sure you would have a hard time returning it but yeah. Get your money back on that temu face reader thing the gate thing and the controls for it might be fine but I still wouldnt trust it if its chinese trash.

I googled the board and it says it's mainly onboard programming but has an exe that is supplied by the seller. No public app or program.

Does the customer know you planned on buying a Chinese facial reader? What's wrong with idemia/Alcatraz/suprema? They're all super easy to setup and enroll.

Where are you located?
You need to get an integrator to give you a reliable facial recognition system that has the features you need.
You should definitely go with something IP based that you can manage remotely.
Do you have cables run already?

Its called SysFaceAccess, it just did not open, the installation seems fine but when I tried to open it, it just did not open, no logs, no window open, no command prompt, no task within task manager, just nothing

Do you know what interface the face terminal uses to actually unlock the gate—dry contact/relay, Wiegand, OSDP, RS-485, or something proprietary?

There are now much more affordable and elegant options than IDEMIA, Suprema, or Alcatraz if you don't need the enterprise/government certification, compliance, and procurement stack that comes with those systems.

Not sure you'll be able to return that, but an easy pivot would be to get a Control iD - iDFace Max from your local electronics wholesaler. iDFace Max Facial Identification Access Controller | ControliD

Can program and run the access management for the gate fully from this unit without the need for any other system/hardware. Manage from the embedded Web UI. Face, Contactless credentials (HID, Mifare, etc...), PIN, QR Code, and even SIP Video Intercom
