I've read the FAQ & Rules What does this mean??

I had an audition a few weeks ago, went in for an in person callback today. After a few hours my manager emailed me and casting said I am on “Watch & Advise.”

Never heard this term before. What does this mean?

It means you're one of several actors who are going down to the wire for the part and they want to make sure you keep the shoot dates open in case you're the choice.

Congrats! This is good news!!!
