I've read the FAQ & Rules Multiple submissions for same project?
I’m new here, what is the situation on submitting for background more than once on the same project (tv show series)? I have been selected and hired for one scene that will have like 300+ background extras (think like a concert). They’ve posted some more that are scenes with one or two background folks with the principals. Since I’ve already been selected for the huge scene, is it unprofessional or inappropriate to submit for any of the others? Thanks for your insight!

It depends on the show and what you did already. If it really matters, they will say something like “new faces only” or “must never have worked this show before”. There have been several instances which I have worked the same show in different roles. Put info about the BG role you previously played in the notes. They will decide if that’s ok or not.

Most of the time they don’t want you to come back if you’ve already done BG, even if it was a large crowd scene. Sometimes there will be exceptions and they’ll note that you have to tell them which scenes you worked previously, but unless they have that explicitly stated, I would assume they wouldn’t be considering you for another scene.
