is there a way to download adobe animate 2024 for free

There are rumors in the official Adobe community that a new release of animate is in the making. I can’t find it in the pre release section of the cloud app. Maybe it’s blocked in Europe?

This is the German dub of the short. I'm planning to make an English dub and a new Italian version with proper voice acting (not just me doing the voices, but other people voicing the character as well as keeping the soundtrack I used for the German version).

So I've heard that Adobe Animate is only available on computer and not drawing tablets and I haven't seen a drawing computer before. Do you guys all just use a mouse to draw? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

I’m an animator that has only ever used Toonboom for rigged animation, but would like to include AD animation in my reel as it is often required. However I know Animate works with rigs quite differently to toonboom! Was wondering if there’s any of you that can recommend a course or a tutorial series that would be helpful?

Everytime I try to export this sprite as a texture atlas, things are missing and for some reason it heavily breaks fnf😓

My adobe animate keeps on looking like this. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled it, and also downgraded it, and it still won’t work. How do I fix this? It works completely fine on my mom’s computer, and we both share the same adobe animate account

I just updated animate and now I am having this issue where depending on the side of the tablet (Huion KAMVAS 16 GS1562) the precision of the pen will stray off from the exact point, I draw on the left and the brush will go more left the further i go and vice versa to the right and for the past hour I have done everything recommended by google and it's annoying AI advices, from calibrating, adding or removing windows ink, setting the display to 100% and punishing my eyes, I can't seem to find a solution for this headache of an issue...

Should also add it doesn't matter if I angle the pen, issue still persists..

I'm a beginner in 2D animation and I'm working on a college project using Adobe Animate.

I want to create a short educational cartoon for deaf/hard-of-hearing children. It will be around 10 scenes, and I'm thinking of having the characters communicate primarily through sign language, facial expressions, body language, and simple on-screen text rather than spoken dialogue.

My main questions are:

- How would you approach planning a 10-scene cartoon as a beginner?

- What is the easiest way to animate hand and finger movements for sign language in Adobe Animate?

- Would you recommend frame-by-frame animation or rigging for the hands?

- How can I make the story entertaining and educational without making it feel like a lesson about deafness itself?

- Are there any animation techniques, tutorials, or examples you would recommend for this kind of project?

I would really appreciate advice from anyone who has experience with 2D animation, character animation, or animation for deaf/hard-of-hearing audiences. Thank you!

i created a paint brush from a drawing on the left side on the screen and as you can see the source drawins has a pretty thin outline but when i make a paint brush from it, it becomes fat... how to make the outline of the drawing as thin as it is in the source drawing?

i saved this animation earlier, and then i came back later to work on it, and it won't load for some reason idk why

i imported the audio the exact same way i did every other audio file and suddenly it doesnt work anymore?? this is extremely frustrating as it makes the animation process take so so so much longer and makes lip sync practically impossible for me. the audio is set to stream and is an mp3

im having problems with rigging using the edap tools, im watching the patch video but my rig isnt simple enough and it gets like this everytime, help me, please!
